Dan hebben wij bij Hemmen een mooie functie voor je. Je komt terecht in een klein en betrokken team binnen een dynamisch wegenbouwbedrijf. De basis van je functie ligt bij onze financiële administratie. Je verwerkt en controleert facturen, controleert boekingen en helpt ervoor te zorgen dat onze administratie klopt. Daarnaast maak je analyses en rapportages waarmee je de directie ondersteunt. Maar daar hoeft het niet bij te blijven. Afhankelijk van jouw interesses en ervaring kun je je functie verder uitbreiden richting bijvoorbeeld certificering, projectadministratie en het verbeteren van onze administratieve processen en systemen. Wat ga je doen? - Inboeken en controleren van facturen - Verwerken en controleren van boekingen - Maken van analyses en rapportages - Ondersteunen en verbeteren van de financiële en projectadministratie - Meedenken over slimmere werkprocessen en systemen - Werkzaamheden oppakken rondom ISO 9001, VCA**, de CO2-Prestatieladder en de Veiligheidsladder - Waar nodig ondersteunen bij communicatie en social media Wie zoeken wij? Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar vindt het ook leuk om samen te werken. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren en wacht niet altijd totdat iemand je precies vertelt wat je moet doen.
