Medewerker financiële administratie en kantoor Stichting Senia, de organisatie in Nederland die mensen samenbrengt in lees- en luisterclubs, zoekt per direct een enthousiaste medewerker financiële en kantoorondersteuning voor minimaal 8 uur per week, uit te breiden naar 16 uur per week. Ben jij nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zorg jij graag voor een betrouwbare administratie? Dan maken wij graag kennis met je. Jouw rol In deze functie zorg jij ervoor dat onze financiële administratie zorgvuldig en actueel wordt bijgehouden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Inboeken en verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen. - Verwerken van bankmutaties en betalingen. - Controleren en bijhouden van openstaande posten. - Verwerken van declaraties en overige financiële mutaties. - Beantwoorden van vragen over financiële administratieve zaken. - Uitvoeren van overige voorkomende werkzaamheden binnen de financiële administratie. Daarnaast kun je in tijden van drukte bijspringen op de ledenadministratie en verricht je allerhande ondersteunende administratieve taken, zoals rapportages en analyses in Excel maken. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een betrokken en zelfstandige collega die nauwkeurig werkt en energie krijgt van financiële en administratieve processen. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende: - Je werkt zorgvuldig, gestructureerd en efficiënt; - Je bent discreet en betrouwbaar; - Je kunt goed samenwerken en communiceert gemakkelijk met collega's - Je kunt toveren met Excel; - Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen; - Ervaring AFAS Profit is een grote pré. Wij bieden - Een functie voor 8 tot 16 uur per week die in overleg worden ingepland op dinsdag, woensdag en/of donderdag; - Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor 7 maanden, met de intentie tot verlenging bij goed functioneren; - Marktconform salaris, waarbij de inschaling afhankelijk is van opleiding en ervaring. - De mogelijkheid om cursussen en trainingen te volgen om je verder te bekwamen...
