Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! - Locatie: Rijssen - 24 uur per week Bij BIM4ALL zoeken we een Medewerker Financiële Administratie & Office die ervoor zorgt dat onze financiële administratie op orde is en daarnaast ondersteunt bij secretariële en praktische werkzaamheden op kantoor. De nadruk in deze functie ligt op de financiële administratie. Je hebt je eigen verantwoordelijkheden, maar bent ook degene die graag bijspringt en ervoor zorgt dat zaken goed geregeld zijn. Een fijne combinatie voor iemand die graag met cijfers werkt, overzicht houdt én het leuk vindt om collega's te ondersteunen. Wat ga je doen? Financiële administratie Het grootste deel van je functie bestaat uit financiële administratie. Jij houdt het overzicht, zorgt dat facturen en betalingen correct worden verwerkt en hebt contact met klanten en leveranciers als dat nodig is. - Verwerken en controleren van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen - Verwerken van bankmutaties en voorbereiden van betalingen - Verzorgen van debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer - Voorbereiden en afronden van btw-aangiften - Ondersteunen bij financiële overzichten en de aanlevering richting de accountant - Signaleren waar administratieve processen slimmer of efficiënter kunnen Secretariaat & office Daarnaast ondersteun je bij secretariële en praktische werkzaamheden en zorg je ervoor dat zaken op kantoor goed geregeld zijn. - Plannen van afspraken en voorbereiden van vergaderingen - Ondersteunen bij correspondentie en administratieve werkzaamheden - Ontvangen van klanten, bezoekers en leveranciers - Inkopen en beheren van kantoor- en facilitaire benodigdheden - Afstemmen met leveranciers en andere externe partijen - Ondersteunen bij interne bijeenkomsten en personeelsactiviteiten Wie zoeken wij?
