In deze tijdelijke rol binnen Finance Operations van de gemeente Maastricht combineer je treasury, betalingsverkeer en grootboekwerk met directe impact op de dagelijkse publieke dienstverlening. Je bewaakt financiële processen van begin tot eind en schakelt tussen werkzaamheden wanneer de implementatie daarom vraagt. Je werkt zorgvuldig, houdt overzicht en bent een inhoudelijke gesprekspartner voor collega's binnen Finance Operations. - Controleren en verwerken van betaal- en incassovoorstellen en betaalstaten. - Uitvoeren en bewaken van dagelijkse bancaire processen en gemeentelijke betaalstromen. - Ondersteunen bij treasury, cashflowmanagement, financieringspositie en bankrekeningbeheer. - Afhandelen van spoedbetalingen en facturen via alternatieve betaalmethoden, zoals iDEAL. - Bijdragen aan werkzaamheden rond btw, betaalmiddelen, bancaire dienstverlening en het grootboek. Functie-eisen Je hebt ruime ervaring met financiële administratie en financieel-administratieve processen. Je werkt snel zelfstandig, maakt nieuwe systemen eigen en verbindt nauwkeurige uitvoering met inzicht in interne beheersing. Ervaring binnen een gemeente of complexe publieke organisatie is een pré. - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in financiële administratie of een vergelijkbare functie. - Aantoonbare kennis van of ervaring met treasury, betalingsverkeer en cashflowmanagement. - Kennis van interne beheersing, functiescheiding en controles binnen financiële processen. - Ervaring met financiële systemen en het snel doorgronden van nieuwe processen. - Een proacti...
