In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je financiële administratie met functioneel beheer van financiële applicaties. Jij zorgt ervoor dat collega's goed met de systemen kunnen werken en dat de financiële processen soepel verlopen. Daarmee lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een betrouwbare en professionele financiële administratie. Over de functie Als Medewerker Financiële Administratie & Applicatiebeheer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's met vragen over financiële systemen. Je bent praktisch ingesteld, denkt in oplossingen en vindt het leuk om collega's verder te helpen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en ondersteunen van financiële applicaties, waaronder Proactis (order- en facturatiesysteem) en TIM Enterprise (tijdregistratiesysteem). - Beantwoorden van vragen van collega's en bieden van telefonische en digitale ondersteuning bij het gebruik van de applicaties. - Inrichten en beheren van gebruikers, rollen en autorisaties binnen de financiële systemen. - Uitvoeren van debiteurenbeheer, waaronder het verwerk...
