Ook werk je gestructureerd aan de administratie. - Je spreekt Nederlands. - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op mbo-niveau 3 in financiële richting. - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als financieel medewerker. - Je hebt ervaring bij een grote organisatie. - Je hebt een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkhouding. wat ga je doen In deze functie verwerk en boek je inkomende facturen. Je controleert de juistheid, de codering en de geldigheid van documenten. Ook bewaak je de voortgang tot aan de betaling. Daarnaast los je knelpunten op en onderhoud je contact met leveranciers. Grijp deze kans en solliciteer direct! - Verwerken en boeken van inkomende facturen in het systeem. - Uitvoeren van controles op juistheid, codering en geldigheid. - Bewaken van de voortgang van het factuurproces tot betaling. - Oplossen van knelpunten en onderhouden van contact met leveranciers. waar ga je werken Je gaat werken bij een grote overheid in Zeeland.
