Je begeleidt het gehele leaseproces van A tot Z, van de eerste aanvraag tot de uiteindelijke afwikkeling. Dit omvat het beoordelen van financieringsaanvragen, het onderhouden van contact met partnerfinanciers en het proactief informeren van klanten gedurende het hele traject. Jouw doel is om ervoor te zorgen dat zowel de klant, de financier als het autobedrijf tevreden zijn. Daarnaast: - Beantwoord je klantvragen over financial lease op een heldere en klantgerichte manier. - Stem je de voortgang af met autobedrijven en assisteer je klanten bij bezichtigingen of proefritten. - Controleer je contractstukken en waarborg je een volledige en correcte afhandeling. - Denk je actief mee over verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening. Profiel Je bent sociaal, nauwkeurig en geniet van het werken met mensen. Klanten voelen zich bij jou direct op hun gemak en collega's waarderen je positieve instelling en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Daarnaast heb je: - MBO of HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de automotive, lease of (consumptieve) financieringsbranche. - Een pre als je het WFT Consumptief Krediet-certificaat bezit, of je bent bereid dit via ons te behalen. - Een woonlocatie in de regio Leusden - Amersfoort - Utrecht, aangezien je werkzaam bent op ons kantoor in Leusden.
