In de flexpool werk je flexibel, verdien je een vast maandsalaris en doe je brede ervaring op!DeDe locatieJe komt te werken op verschillende klinieken waar ze behandeling aanbieden, woonlocaties waar cliënten nog in gebruik zijn of beschermd wonen en op inlooplocaties waar ze dagbesteding en maaltijden aanbieden. Deze locaties zijn te vinden in o.a. Apeldoorn, Zutphen, Deventer, Warnsveld, Zwolle, Enschede, Almelo en Rekken.Jouw werkzaamhedenAls medewerker van de flexpool krijg je een flexibele arbeidsovereenkomst met een gemiddeld aantal uren per week die je grotendeels zelf kan inplannen. Je ontvangt daarmee een vast maandsalaris, maar je kan je uren flexibel inzetten per week met 8 uurs diensten vanuit de locaties. Je krijgt op deze manier de kans om de verschillende locaties (met hun doelgroepen) te leren kennen en daarmee gerichte ervaring op te doen. Weet jij dus nog niet precies met welke doelgroep je affiniteit hebt? Zit jij in je laatste jaar van een relevante zorg opleiding (mbo of hbo) en wil je graag gerichte ervaring opdoen en leuk bijverdienen? Of heb je een gezinsleven en ben je hierdoor wisselend beschikbaar? Dan is deze vacature zeker interessant voor jou!
