Als Medewerker Flexpool kom je overal en werk je in meerdere teams, die allemaal van elkaar verschillen. Soms werk je in de thuiszorg, dan op een afdeling somatiek of op een PG-afdeling en weer een andere dag op de afdeling revalidatie & herstel of de lichamelijke gehandicapten. Dit is ook waar de uitdaging ligt. Werken binnen het team van de Flexpool, daar kies je bewust voor. Het vergt een grote mate van flexibiliteit, taakvolwassenheid en aanpassingsvermogen om afwisselend te werken binnen de organisatie. Je hebt in staat snel een duidelijk, helder beeld te krijgen van wat er van je wordt verwacht en je vindt het leuk om je daar 100% voor in te zetten. Past dit bij jou? Dan spreken we jou graag!
