- Medewerker Flight Operations Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), onderdeel van de SATS Group, is een toonaangevende speler in de internationale luchtvracht met meer dan 50.000 medewerkers wereldwijd. Op Schiphol spelen wij een belangrijke rol in de logistieke keten. In een dynamische 24/7-omgeving zorgen wij ervoor dat goederen veilig, snel en efficiënt hun bestemming bereiken. Om ons team te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Flight Operations die een belangrijke rol speelt in de coördinatie en afhandeling van full freighter-vluchten. De rol In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen tijdens de vluchtafhandeling tijdig over de juiste informatie beschikken. Je bent tijdens de turnaround een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor verschillende interne afdelingen en de airline en zorgt ervoor dat de afhandeling veilig, efficiënt en volgens de geldende richtlijnen verloopt. Je beheert vluchtschema's, verzorgt operationele informatie rondom de freighter-afhandeling en coördineert de benodigde transportbewegingen. Daarnaast voer je voorbereidende werkzaamheden uit voor de import- en exportafhandeling en houd je overzicht over het operationele proces. Ook controleer je opgebouwde ULD's en beoordeel je of deze voldoen aan de geldende regelgeving op het gebied van onder andere vrachtopbouw, contouren, stuwen en gewichtsverdeling. Je bent daarnaast betrokken bij het administratieve en fysieke beheer van ULD's van verschillende luchtvaartmaatschappijen. Tijdens je werkzaamheden houd je continu oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je signaleert afwijkingen, schakelt snel met de betrokken partijen en denkt actief mee over oplossingen om de afhandeling zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen.
