Over TEJO Gent

TEJO Gent is een onafhankelijk Gents burgerinitiatief, opgestart in 2013 door vijf bevlogen initiatiefnemers. Wij helpen jongeren tussen 10 en 20 jaar die vastlopen door psychische of emotionele problemen, om opnieuw hun eigen koers te varen. Dat doen we via gratis, anonieme en kortdurende oplossingsgerichte psychotherapie, aangeboden door een team van vrijwillige, deskundige hulpverleners.

Gratis hulpverlening kost geld. Elke jongere die bij ons terechtkan, kan dat omdat er middelen en een netwerk achter TEJO Gent staan — en jij bent wie dat mee opbouwt en uitdraagt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als medewerker fondsenwerving en communicatie werk je met veel autonomie aan een duurzaam fondsenwervings- en communicatiebeleid, in nauwe samenwerking met de coördinator en het Bestuur.

- **Je werft fondsen.** Je spoort subsidies, donaties en sponsorschappen op, bouwt relaties op met financieringsbronnen en zet daar concrete fondsenwervingscampagnes rond op. Je houdt (potentiële) donateurs betrokken en bouwt aan een netwerk dat TEJO Gent op lange termijn financieel sterk houdt.

- **Je verzorgt de communicatie.** Intern en extern, ter ondersteuning van de fondsenwerving én van de algemene werking van TEJO Gent. Je zorgt voor rapportage naar stakeholders die helder maakt wat hun steun betekent.

- **Je beheert projecten.** Van idee tot uitvoering: je werkt fondsenwervingsprojecten zelfstandig uit en volgt ze op.

- **Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking.** Samen met de coördinator sta je mee in voor administratie en voor de aanwerving, inwerking en ondersteuning van vrijwilligers. Je werkt in een flexibel schema en maakt afspraken met de coördinator zodat de openingsuren van TEJO — ook 's avonds en op zaterdag — maximaal gedekt zijn.

- Sterk in mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie

- Vaardig in het opbouwen en onderhouden van contacten, op diverse niveaus en via diverse (digitale) kanalen

- Warm en verbindend

- Sterk in projectbeheer

- Communicatief vaardig en oplossingsgericht

- Zowel autonoom als in team aan de slag — proactief en flexibel

Verder breng je mee:

- Een bachelordiploma

- Ervaring als fondsenwerver

- Ervaring met vrijwilligerswerk is een pluspunt
