Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een gepassioneerde en gemotiveerde Food & Beverage medewerker voor onze bioscoop in Brussel.

De opdracht

Als Food & Beverage medewerker neem je actief deel aan de 'unieke bioscoopervaring' die wij onze klanten beloven. De inhoud van de functie omvat uiteenlopende taken. Je staat in voor onthaal van de klanten, food/non-food verkoop, het stockbeheer, de planning van het personeel alsook voor de werving en selectie van studenten die je team zullen versterken.

Onze shops zijn jouw domein tijdens de exploitatie van de bioscoop. Je zorgt ervoor dat er steeds voldoende kassa’s geopend zijn, onze producten steeds voldoende en netjes zijn uitgestald? Je beheert nauwlettend de naleving van de HACCP-regels. Een nette, geordende en aantrekkelijke winkel is voor jou erg belangrijk. Je steekt zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen om samen met je ploeg de best mogelijke service te bieden aan onze klanten.

Jouw sterke punten

  • Je bent op zoek naar een vaste job (geen studenten).
  • Je bent een peoplemanager én klantgericht.
  • Je bent kritisch en zorgt altijd voor het goed functioneren van de winkel.
  • Je organisatorisch talent en veelzijdigheid stellen je in staat snel te reageren in deze operationele functie.
  • Je respecteert de hygiënevoorschriften (HACCP).
  • Je kunt 's avonds, in het weekend en op feestdagen werken.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler.
  • Je relationele kwaliteiten maken van jou een geboren leider.

Jouw profiel

  • Naast een eerste werkervaring in de evenementen/retail -sector heb je ervaring in teammanagement.
  • Je hebt minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Je werkt graag in het weekend en 's avonds (tot 01.00 uur).
  • Je bezit een rijbewijs B en een auto.
  • Je bent perfect tweetalig FR/NL.
