The posting

Je zorgt mee voor een foyer die elke dag klaar is om bezoekers te ontvangen. Je:

  • verwelkomt bezoekers en staat hen op een vriendelijke en klantgerichte manier te woord;
  • bedient klanten aan tafel en zorgt ervoor dat tafels netjes blijven;
  • beheert de kassa en zorgt voor een correcte dagelijkse kassa-afsluiting;
  • volgt de omzet en de bijhorende administratie op;
  • houdt de voorraad en de bestellingen in het oog en zorgt ervoor dat tijdig wordt bijbesteld;
  • ontvangt leveringen en controleert of deze overeenstemmen met de bestelling;
  • zorgt mee voor een nette, verzorgde en aangename Foyer;
  • helpt bij activiteiten en speciale momenten in de Foyer;
  • zorgt mee voor de aankleding van de Foyer volgens het seizoen of het thema van een activiteit;
  • begeleidt nieuwe jobstudenten en ondersteunt bij de praktische opvolging van hun administratie.

Daarnaast sta je twee keer per week mee in voor de apérobar in het restaurant, inclusief de praktische en logistieke voorbereiding en opvolging.

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag met mensen werkt en tegelijk zelfstandig de dagelijkse werking van een foyer kan opnemen.

Je:

  • bent klantvriendelijk, sociaal en toegankelijk;
  • hebt een praktische ingesteldheid en ziet wat er moet gebeuren;
  • werkt nauwkeurig, zeker bij kassa, geldverrichtingen en bestellingen;
  • bent flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om op bepaalde momenten 's avonds of in het weekend te werken;
  • kunt vlot omgaan met verschillende bezoekers en situaties.

Ervaring in horeca of onthaal is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral je klantgerichtheid, zelfstandigheid en praktische ingesteldheid maken het verschil.

Wanneer werk je?

De foyer vraagt een flexibele aanwezigheid, voornamelijk tijdens de namiddag en vooravond (14u-19u). Daarnaast zijn er activiteiten en openingsmomenten die ook buiten de klassieke kantooruren vallen.

Je werkt volgens een vooraf afgesproken uurrooster, afgestemd op de werking van de foyer. Voor bepaalde openingsmomenten wordt de vaste personeelsbezetting aangevuld met jobstudenten. Zo zorgen we samen voor een goede dienstverlening en een haalbare werkorganisatie.
