Als collega op de Front Office ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gasten en hèt gezicht van de locatie. Gasten ontvang je met een glimlach en sta je gastgericht te woord terwijl je hun vragen beantwoord of ze incheckt in ons Alpine Hotel. Je levert hiermee een belangrijke bijdrage aan de totale gastbeleving! Wat ga je doen? Samen met je collega's zorg jij ervoor dat gasten zich welkom voelen en optimaal kunnen genieten van hun bezoek aan SnowWorld. Verder bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit: ❆ Het ontvangen en te woord staan van gasten; ❆ Het verkopen van toegangstickets; ❆ Het aannemen en doorverbinden van telefoontjes; ❆ Het verstrekken van informatie over onze activiteiten en faciliteiten; ❆ Het bijdragen aan een gastvrije en professionele sfeer.
