Medewerker Front Office & Reserveringen Fulltime Rotterdam Welkom Welkom bij Lommerrijk! Dé plek aan het water in Rotterdam-Hillegersberg voor onvergetelijke zakelijke en particuliere evenementen. Met zes prachtige ontvangstruimten en een team van 60 toegewijde medewerkers maken we altijd indruk op onze gasten. Hoe wij dit doen? Gastvrijheid zit in ons DNA. Dit is jouw kans om een onmisbare rol te spelen in ons enthousiaste en hechte team! Wat ga je doen? Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen, zowel telefonisch, per mail of "live" op de afdeling receptie & reserveringen van Lommerrijk & Dok99. Je informeert, adviseert, stelt offertes op, je verzorgt rondleidingen en verwerkt boekingen in het reserveringssysteem Smart Event Manager en Nostium. En dan….. dan komt het mooie bruidspaar binnen of de gasten voor een conferentie. Je laat alles vallen en je verwelkomt hen op jouw enthousiaste wijze. Want JIJ maakt het verschil. JIJ …… · hebt minimaal een afgeronde MBO opleiding (hospitality /facility) · hebt minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring (horeca gerelateerd) · bent een extravert persoon met lef, die zelfstandig, gedreven en proactief is · werkt secuur en kan snel schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden · bent handig met computerprogramma's en maakt nieuwe systemen snel eigen · bent flexibel en bereid in het weekend te werken · bent een commercieel talent!
