Mercure Groningen is op zoek naar een parttime medewerker Front Office voor met name in de weekenden & feestdagen!Als Front Office medewerker ben je het visitekaartje van het hotel en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten. Van het verwerken van reserveringen, tot vragen beantwoorden, in- en uitchecken van onze gasten, jij staat met je collega's klaar voor onze gasten. De functie Front Officemedewerker is een dynamische functie waarin je verantwoording draagt voor een gast beleving van het hoogste niveau. Daarnaast ben je als Front Officemedewerker verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling van de Front Office werkzaamheden.Kom jij ons team versterken!Ben jij servicegericht, sociaal en communicatief, punctueel en leergierig, dan is wellicht deze vacature wat voor jou. De werktijden zijn met name in het weekend van 7.00 uur tussen 23.00 uur (ochtend, dag of avondienst) en feestdagen.Wat ga je doen?Verwelkomen van gasten, in- /uitchecken, correct verwerken van reserveringen.Afhandelen van telefoon en e- mailverkeer. Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor de gasten en ze van de juiste informatie voorzien. Administratieve werkzaamheden. De werktijden zijn van 7.00 tot 15:00 / 15:00-23:00 (weekenden en feestdagen).
