Fulltime Medewerker Frontoffice bij Rijksoverheid in Den Haag YoungCapital Beschrijving Ga aan de slag als Medewerker Frontoffice bij Rijksoverheid in Den Haag. Wat ga je doen? Wil jij jouw grondige kennis van Burgerzaken inzetten als hét landelijke aanspreekpunt voor vragen over de BRP en reisdocumenten? De Rijksdienst voor Identiteitsgegevens (RvIG), onderdeel van het ministerie van BZK, zoekt in Den Haag een klantgerichte en accurate Medewerker Frontoffice. In deze rol draag je direct bij aan de uitstekende bereikbaarheid van onze dienstverlening en help je gemeenten, overheids instanties en burgers met complexe identiteit- en registratievraagstukken. Als medewerker frontoffice ben jij de spil in het klantcontact van RvIG. Je behandelt vragen in de eerste lijn, registreert meldingen zorgvuldig en schakelt waar nodig met de tweede lijn voor diepgaande ondersteuning. - Eerstelijns Klantcontact: Je beantwoordt voornamelijk telefonisch en schriftelijk vragen van gemeentefunctionarissen, overheidsorganisaties en burgers over onder meer de BRP, het BSN, PIVA, reisdocumenten, fouten in overheidsregistraties en identiteitsfraude. - Registratie & Voortgang: Je registreert alle vragen en meldingen helder in de systemen en bewaakt de tijdige afhandeling en opvolging hiervan. - Duidelijke Advisering: Je past je inhoudelijke kennis van de Wet BRP en de Paspoortwet toe om inhoudelijk juiste, heldere en klantgerichte antwoorden te verstrekken. - Signaleringsfunctie: Je herkent knelpunten en trends uit het klantcontact en deelt deze actief met de teamleider en collega's om onze dienstverlening continu te verbeteren. - Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met de teamleider, senior medewerkers en je directe collega's binnen het Frontoffice-team.
