Medewerker Verhuur en Frontoffice Ons topteam van verhuur en frontoffice zoekt een nieuwe collega. Je zorgt met het team voor een maximale verhuurbezetting van onze accommodaties en de administratieve afhandeling daarvan. Daarnaast ben je het visitekaartje van SRO aan de receptie en de telefoon. Zo ondersteun je onze afdeling verhuur - Je verwerkt verhuuraanvragen: telefonisch, per mail en in onze systemen - Je ontvangt onze bezoekers en beantwoordt de telefoon - Je stelt verhuurcontracten op en beheert de incidentele en seizoensplanning - Je coördineert de planning en de bezetting van accommodaties - Je beantwoordt vragen over verhuurmogelijkheden - Je stemt waar nodig af met interne afdelingen (beheer, onderhoud, administratie) - Je signaleert knelpunten in planning en lost ze op - Je houdt een correcte administratie en facturatie bij - Je ontvangt huurders en bent hun aanspreekpunt - Je zet je creativiteit in om de beschikbare uren op locaties verder in te vullen Ons aanbod - Een jaarcontract voor 16 uur per week, met de intentie dit te verlengen. - Salaris tussen € 2.350,- en € 3.342,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week, afhankelijk van ervaring (CAO Vermo, schaal 4) - Uiteraard 8% vakantiegeld - Extra voordelen zoals 8,33 % eindejaarsuitkering, goede ABP-pensioenregeling en mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling via de SRO Academie - Een collectieve ziektekostenverzekering en korting op verzekeringen & zwemmen in SRO-zwembaden - Samenwerking met gemeente, verenigingen en lokale partners in een dynamische omgeving (sporthallen, zwembaden en recreatieve voorzieningen) - Een...
