- ASVZ - Sliedrecht ( Zuid-Holland ) ASVZ Ben jij een echte aanpakker die graag zorgt dat alles veilig, netjes en goed onderhouden is? In deze afwisselende functie draag je bij aan een prettige woon- en werkomgeving voor cliënten en collega's. Je voert uiteenlopende onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden uit, controleert installaties, ondersteunt bij veiligheids- en legionellacontroles en begeleidt externe monteurs. Dankzij jouw praktische instelling en oog voor detail blijft onze locatie in topconditie. Ben jij geïnteresseerd? Lees dan snel verder… Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze gebouwen, installaties en inventaris veilig, netjes en goed onderhouden blijven. Je voert zelfstandig kleine onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden uit, signaleert gebreken en zorgt ervoor dat deze snel worden opgelost. Daarnaast houd je de administratie van je werkzaamheden op orde en stem je af met collega's over de planning en prioriteiten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het uitvoeren van onderhoud aan gebouwen, gebouwonderdelen en inventaris; - het verrichten van eenvoudige onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan technische installaties en apparatuur; - het oplossen van kleine storingen en gebreken, zoals aan hang- en sluitwerk, kranen, verlichting en schilderwerk; - het controleren van de werking van installaties en waar nodig ondersteunen bij reparaties; - het onderhouden van gereedschappen en machines, zodat deze veilig en gebruiksklaar zijn; - het afstemmen van werkzaamheden en prioriteiten met collega's en betrokkenen; - het registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en het actueel houden van de administratie. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een handige en praktische collega die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je hebt technisch inzicht, werkt zorgvuldig en vindt het belangrijk dat gebouwen en installaties veilig en goed onderhouden zijn. Je signaleert wat er moet gebeuren, pakt werkzaamheden zelfstand...
