Medewerker gegevensbeheer BAG/WOZ Doorlopende werving 32 tot 36 uur per week In deze veelzijdige functie werk je nauw samen met collega's en externe partners om de datakwaliteit hoog te houden. Als medewerker gegevensbeheer BAG/WOZ speel je een cruciale rol in het beheren en actualiseren van de basisregistraties. Je werkt met gegevens uit de BAG en de WOZ en zorgt ervoor dat deze accuraat en betrouwbaar zijn. Je analyseert, interpreteert en verbetert gegevens, signaleert knelpunten en denkt actief mee over oplossingen. Werkzaamheden: - Beheren en actualiseren van BAG- en WOZ-gegevens - Controleren en verbeteren van datakwaliteit - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten - Interpreteren en analyseren van gegevens - Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en optimalisatie Eisen - MBO+/HBO opleiding, bij voorkeur in Vastgoed of Bouwkunde - Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met BAG en/of WOZ - Ervaring met relevante systemen en applicaties - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail - Analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding - In staat om zelfstandig én in teamverband te werken Wensen - Werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie Interesse?
