Onze vakbekwame mensen werken voor diverse tuinbouw- veehouderij en fruitbedrijven. Zo zoeken wij o.a. regelmatig melkers, fruitplukkers en teeltmedewerkers. Door onze sterke en duurzame relaties met onze klanten weten wij wat er speelt en nemen wij hun zorgen omtrent personeelsbehoefte uit handen. Werken via AB Midden Nederland betekent werken via een betrokken bemiddelaar die saamhorigheid, persoonlijk werken en betrouwbaarheid hoog in het vaandel heeft staan. Functiebeschrijving Voor onze opdrachtgever, een plantenkwekerij in Houten, zijn wij op zoek naar flexibele medewerkers die op oproepbasis willen worden ingezet. De pieken liggen in de periode april t/m mei en de periode november tot januari, maar ook buiten deze maanden is het mogelijk dat je opgeroepen wordt. De werktijden en werkdagen zijn flexibel in te delen en afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid. Een oproep kan wisselen van 1 dag tot meerdere weken. In maart start een inwerkperiode, dit kan zowel fulltime als parttime. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het enten van planten aan tafels. Hierbij snij je met een mesje een jong plantje door en bevestig je ze daarna aan elkaar met een clip. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met stokken (het plaatsen van stokken bij de plant) en stieken (het plaatsen van stiekjes aan de plant waarmee hij aan het stokje wordt bevestigd. Ten aanzien van het aantal gegarandeerde uren kunnen afspraken gemaakt worden. Indien gewenst kun je ook worden ingezet bij andere klanten in de regio.
