The posting

Als medewerker groen- en terreinonderhoud zorg je ervoor dat onze schooldomeinen er verzorgd, veilig en aangenaam bij liggen. Je werkt voornamelijk op GO! campus Wemmel, maar kan ook ingezet worden op andere schooldomeinen binnen GO! scholengroep UN!K.

Wat ga je doen?

Je zorgt mee voor het onderhoud van onze groene ruimtes en terreinen. Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • gras maaien en de gazons netjes onderhouden;
  • struiken en planten snoeien;
  • bosmaaien en onkruid verwijderen;
  • paden en terreinen netjes en onkruidvrij houden;
  • tuin- en groenafval opruimen en verwerken;
  • kleine herstellingen uitvoeren aan tuinpaden en opritten;
  • helpen bij kleine werken op onze schooldomeinen;
  • tuinmachines netjes onderhouden en gebruiksklaar houden.

Je krijgt duidelijke afspraken en richtlijnen over het onderhoud van de terreinen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kunt rekenen op collega’s wanneer dat nodig is.

Voor deze job heb je geen specifiek diploma nodig. Ervaring in de groensector is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must. Wat voor ons vooral telt, is dat je graag werkt, initiatief neemt en bereid bent om bij te leren.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • graag buiten werkt, ook als het weer wat minder is;
  • fysiek in goede conditie is;
  • graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt;
  • zelfstandig kan werken en ziet wat er moet gebeuren;
  • handig is en graag praktisch bezig is;
  • nauwkeurig werkt en oog heeft voor orde en netheid;
  • betrouwbaar en respectvol omgaat met collega’s, directies en anderen;
  • voldoende Nederlands kent om vlot te kunnen overleggen met collega’s en directies;
  • bereid is om nieuwe dingen te leren.

Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
