Het Maris Stella Instituut is een secundaire school waar we veel belang hechten aan een fijne en warme leeromgeving. De groene omgeving van onze school vormt voor onze leerlingen en collega’s een echte oase van rust en harmonie. Wegens het welverdiende pensioen van onze huidige tuinman, zoeken wij een enthousiaste en ervaren Medewerker Groenbeheer die met passie zorg wil dragen voor ons prachtige, groene schooldomein. Dankzij de inzet van robotgrasmaaiers worden de grote gazons onderhouden. Jouw focus ligt op het kwalitatieve beheer van het overige groen:

  • Duurzaam en ecologisch groenbeheer: Deskundig snoeien van struiken en hagen, verzorgen van de vegetatie en het aanplanten van nieuwe bomen, struiken en planten.
  • Terreinbeheer: Zorgen voor een verzorgde uitstraling van het gehele schooldomein.
  • Winterdienst: Bij gladheid of sneeuw help je mee met het veilig houden van de wandelpaden en speelplaatsen (zout strooien en sneeuwruimen).
  • Logistieke ondersteuning: Sporadisch spring je bij voor kleine herstellingen in de school.
  • Ervaring & Passie: Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in groenonderhoud en beschikt over échte 'groene vingers'. Je hebt kennis van plantenverzorging, aanplanting en onkruidbestrijding.
  • Zelfstandig & Flexibel: Je ziet werk staan, steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en bent bereid ad-hoc bij te springen bij kleine praktische klusjes op school.
  • Rijbewijs B: Dit is een pluspunt voor het vervoeren van materiaal of het doen van kleine aankopen.
