Je werkt op verschillende plekken in Maassluis, makkelijk bereikbaar met het OV en de auto. De sfeer is informeel en je collega's zijn behulpzaam. Het team van de groenvoorziening is hecht: iedereen helpt elkaar en staat voor elkaar klaar. Je werkt samen met andere medewerkers groenvoorziening, hoveniers en parkmedewerkers. Er is veel aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en je krijgt de kans om door te groeien of opleidingen te volgen. Functieomschrijving Als medewerker groenvoorziening bij gemeente Maassluis ben jij samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van het groen in de stad. Je snoeit bomen en struiken, maait gras met een bosmaaier en zorgt ervoor dat plantsoenen en parken netjes blijven. Je werkt meestal buiten, in weer en wind, en begint je dag vaak vroeg. Je werkt 36 uur per week, doordeweeks, zodat je in het weekend lekker vrij bent. Je werkt samen met een team, maar soms ook zelfstandig. Je dag is afwisselend: de ene keer werk je in een park, de andere keer langs een weg of op een plein. Je zorgt niet alleen dat alles er netjes uitziet, maar houdt ook rekening met veiligheid en het milieu. Functie-eisen Wie zoeken wij? Jij hebt ervaring met groenonderhoud en werkt graag buiten. Je bent flexibel, zelfstandig en werkt netjes. Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken, maar je kan ook prima alleen aan de slag. Je hebt oog voor veiligheid en milieu.
