Niet vanaf een afstand, maar met je handen uit de mouwen. Jij ziet wanneer een heg gesnoeid moet worden, wanneer een plantvak aandacht nodig heeft en wanneer een wijk net dat beetje extra onderhoud verdient. Het mooie van dit werk? Je hoeft aan het einde van de dag niet uit te leggen wat je hebt gedaan. Je ziet het gewoon. Iedere groenvoorziener weet dat goed groenonderhoud meer is dan een rondje maaien of een struik snoeien. Het gaat om timing. Om inzicht. Om weten wat een gebied nodig heeft in ieder seizoen. Daarom zoeken wij geen mensen die alleen uren willen maken. We zoeken vakmensen die plezier halen uit een nette leefomgeving en begrijpen hoe belangrijk goed onderhoud is voor bewoners, gemeenten en bedrijven. Of je nu jarenlang ervaring hebt of jezelf verder wilt ontwikkelen binnen het vak: jouw kennis en inzet maken hier het verschil. De dag begint met een korte werkbespreking. Daarna ga je samen met je collega's op pad naar verschillende onderhoudslocaties. Op een gemiddelde werkdag houd jij je bezig met: - Onderhouden van plantsoenen, parken en groenstroken - Snoeien van hagen, struiken en beplanting - Bosmaaien op locaties die extra aandacht vragen - Maaien van grasvelden en bermen - Schoffelen en verwijderen van onkruid - Aanplanten van bloemen, vaste planten en heesters - Bladruimen tijdens het najaar - Controleren van de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk Soms werk je in een wijkpark, soms langs een groenstrook of op een grotere onderhoudslocatie.
