Verzorgde wooncomplexen, nette plantvakken en groene buitenruimtes waar bewoners elke dag op uitkijken. In Geldrop werk je als medewerker groenvoorziening aan het onderhoud rondom woningen, appartementen en terreinen van woningbouwcorporaties. Je gebruikt jouw ervaring om zelfstandig en netjes te werken op locaties waar bewoners, bezoekers en opdrachtgevers jouw werk direct zien. De werkzaamheden liggen vooral in Geldrop, Eindhoven, Mierlo, Nuenen en Helmond. Deze functie past bij een groenvoorziener die graag buiten werkt, Nederlands spreekt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zichtbaar resultaat. Funtieomschrijving Je gaat aan de slag bij een groenbedrijf dat het onderhoud verzorgt voor woningbouwcorporaties, bedrijfstuinen en zakelijke buitenruimtes. De locaties liggen voornamelijk rondom Geldrop en in de regio Eindhoven. Omdat je vaak werkt bij wooncomplexen en appartementen, zijn representatief werken en netjes communiceren belangrijk. Je komt terecht in een praktische ploeg met collega’s die kwaliteit belangrijk vinden. Met duidelijke werkopdrachten, professioneel gereedschap en vaste onderhoudsrondes weet jij precies wat er moet gebeuren. Functie-eisen Werkervaring als groenvoorziener of medewerker groenonderhoud Kennis van snoeien, maaien, schoffelen en plantsoenonderhoud Je spreekt Nederlands en kunt bewoners netjes te woord staan Rijbewijs B is verplicht om zelfstandig locaties te bereiken Je werkt verzorgd, betrouwbaar en ziet werk liggen VCA in bezit of bereid dit via Proflex te behalen Wij bieden Salaris van €2.700 tot €3.400 bruto per maand 32 tot 40 uur per week met uitzicht op een vast contract 25 verlofdagen, 8% vakantiegeld en pensioen vanaf dag één Reiskostenvergoeding volgens cao, werkkleding en PBM’s Werk bij woningbouwcorporaties en bedrijfstuinen in jouw regio Mogelijkheid om certificaten te behalen en door te groeien Over Proflex Onderhouden van groen rond wooncomplexen, appartementen en bedrijfstuinen Snoeien, maaien, schoffelen, bladruimen
