In deze rol ben jij het telefonische visitekaartje van ons hotel. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke reservering soepel en professioneel wordt afgehandeld met oog voor detail en gastvrijheid. Als Medewerker Kamer & Groepsreserveringen zorg je ervoor dat zowel individuele reserveringen als groepsboekingen correct en zorgvuldig worden verwerkt. Je controleert details, verwerkt wijzigingen en annuleringen, maakt bevestigingen en facturen op en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in onze workflows en processen.
