Als medewerker Grondzaken zorg jij ervoor dat gemeentelijke grond op een zorgvuldige en praktische manier wordt beheerd en uitgegeven. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende vragen over verkoop, verhuur, (erf)pacht, groenstroken en andere vormen van grondgebruik. Je schakelt met inwoners, collega's, notarissen en andere betrokken partijen, houdt overzicht in dossiers en zorgt dat afspraken goed worden vastgelegd en afgehandeld. Als medewerker Grondzaken Je adviseert over gronduitgifte en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en transacties zorgvuldig worden voorbereid en afgehandeld. Daarbij houd je de dossiers op orde, laat je waar nodig taxaties uitvoeren en werk je samen met collega's uit verschillende vakdisciplines. Ook lever je vanuit jouw vakgebied een bijdrage aan gebiedsontwikkelingen binnen de gemeente. In deze functie: - Houd je je voornamelijk bezig met het privaatrechtelijk beheer van de grondportefeuille van gemeente Tynaarlo zoals verkoop, verhuur, (erf)pacht en het gebruik van groenstroken, opstalrechten en overige ingebruikgevingen; - Stel je (standaard)overeenkomsten op en zorg je voor de verdere verwerking; - Verzorg je de afwikkeling van notariële aktes voor en zorg je voor de afwik...
