Kernopdracht

Als medewerker grootkeuken doe je enkele voorbereidende werkzaamheden in de keuken ter assistentie van de kok(s). Jij zorgt voor het verzamelen en afvoeren van het keukenafval alsook voor het aanvullen van de voorraden. De medewerker grootkeuken is medeverantwoordelijk voor de hygiëne, de (voedsel)veiligheid (HACCP) en de ordelijkheid tijdens de werkzaamheden in de keuken. Jij ruimt materiaal op en zorgt ook voor het schoonmaken van de werkomgeving in overeenstemming met het hygiëneplan.

Hierin herken je jezelf

  • Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur een horecaopleiding.
  • Ervaring in een grootkeuken is noodzakelijk en je kan toestellen van een grootkeuken bedienen.
  • Je bent helemaal mee met de HACCP normen en past deze dan ook strikt toe.
  • Je bent een teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig je plan trekken.
