if 102417 Je ondersteunt het team heffen bij werkzaamheden die nodig zijn om juiste en rechtmatige belastingaanslagen op te leggen. In deze rol werk je aan het verwerken en controleren van gegevens die direct van invloed zijn op lokale belastingen. Je schakelt met inwoners, onderzoekt gegevens en draagt bij aan een zorgvuldige aanslagoplegging. Je werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig, maar bent ook een waardevolle aanvulling op het team. Daarbij ben je één dag per week op kantoor in Oosterwolde aanwezig. Wat ga je doen - Je muteert en controleert gegevens die invloed hebben op belastingen, zoals verhuizingen, waterverbruik, registratie van aantallen ledigingen en kilo’s afval. - Je verwerkt de VMU en de niet-toewijsbare diftarledigingen. - Je verricht ondersteunende werkzaamheden voor de tussentijdse aanslagoplegging. - Je controleert aangiftes, verminderingen en vrijstellingen. - Je voert leegstandscontroles uit. - Je beantwoordt eenvoudige vragen van inwoners telefonisch en via e-mail. - Je onderzoekt de juiste gegevens, zoals adressen van erven en mutaties, en informeert inwoners hierover waar nodig. Over jou - Je werkt zelfstandig en pakt werkzaamheden proactief op. - Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail in je administratie en controles. - Je communiceert helder en klantgericht met inwoners en collega’s. - Je bent enthousiast en werkt prettig samen binnen een team. Eisen - Je bent inzetbaar vanaf 1 november 2026 tot en met 2 juli 2027 voor 24 uur per week. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van heffen. - Je hebt de opleiding Heffingsambtenaar Lokale overheid afgerond of een vergelijkbare opleiding. Wensen - Je hebt de opleiding Heffingsambtenaar Lokale overheid afgerond of een daaraan verwante of vergelijkbare opleiding. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van heffen. - Je hebt ervaring met het belastingpakket van Pink Roccade (Civision Heffen). - Je bent één dag per week op kantoor in Oosterwolde beschikbaar.
