Kun je data, voorraad, administratie en dagelijkse processen overzichtelijk maken? We zoeken een medewerker Hospitality & Events voor 38 uur per week, ter vervanging tijdens zwangerschapsverlof. Het Allard Pierson is het museum en kennisinstituut voor de erfgoedcollecties van de Universiteit van Amsterdam. We maken bijzondere collecties toegankelijk voor een breed publiek, voor onderwijs en onderzoek. Het team AP Publieksbegeleiders draagt bij aan een gastvrije bezoekerservaring, onder meer via publieksservice, museumwinkel, horeca en evenementen. Houd jij van cijfers, structurering en het opstellen van rapportages? Ben je zorgvuldig en is Excel voor jou een peulenschil? Als Medewerker Hospitality & Events zorg je voor een goed georganiseerde backoffice rond de museumwinkel, ticketing en bezoekersadministratie. Je brengt structuur aan in data en rapportage, bewaakt de voorraadadministratie en ondersteunt de Teamleider Hospitality & Events met betrouwbare rapportages en heldere overzichten. De dagelijkse personele aansturing van publieksmedewerkers en dutymanagers ligt bij de teamleider Hospitality & Events. De praktische winkelwerkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd door publieksmedewerkers en dutymanagers. Jij controleert en ondersteunt deze processen vanuit de backoffice.
