In deze rol krijg je de kans om vanaf de basis te bouwen aan structuur, samenwerking en duurzame HR-impact. Als Medewerker HR Advies ondersteun en adviseer jij leidinggevenden dagelijks bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken m.b.t. de schoonmaakcollega's. - Locatie: Den Haag - Uren per week: 32 - 40 uur per week - Je verdeelt 3 tot 4 werkdagen over 2 klantlocaties in Den Haag. - Daarnaast werk je 1 dag per week op kantoor (HNK) in Rotterdam. Er is ook ruimte om vanuit huis te werken en je agenda efficiënt in te richten. Wat maakt deze rol uniek? Op korte termijn gaan we aan de slag met de opstart van een nieuwe klant, en jij kunt hier vanaf het allereerste moment onderdeel van uitmaken. Als lid van het opstartteam speel je een sleutelrol in de opbouw van deze samenwerking. Samen met de casemanager vertegenwoordig je HR en sta je midden in een dynamische, nieuwe werkomgeving. In deze rol leer je in korte tijd veel nieuwe collega's kennen en werk je samen met leidinggevenden. Je draagt actief bij aan het opbouwen van een nieuw team, helpt bij het vormen van de cultuur en realiseert effectieve en toekomstbestendige werkwijzen. Ook na de opstartfase blijf je nauw betrokken bij het verder professionaliseren, verstevigen en doorontwikkelen van HR op de klant locatie.
