Om de diverse HR-taken te centraliseren en verder te professionaliseren zijn wij op zoek naar een betrokken en daadkrachtige HR-medewerker/Arbeidsjurist. Aan jou de taak om alles op gebied van HR samen te brengen, te structureren en bovenal te centraliseren. Je zorgt voor een correcte uitvoering van HR-processen en ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij personele en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken. Voor meer informatie over ons bedrijf en wat we allemaal doen verwijzen we je graag naar onze website: www.dirix.nl Jouw werkzaamheden: - Verzorgen van de personeelsadministratie van in-, door- en uitstroom - Rekruteren van nieuwe medewerkers en ondersteuning bij de werving- en selectieprocedures - Opstellen en beheren van arbeidsovereenkomsten, contractverlengingen en overige personeelsdocumentatie - Adviseren over arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en de toepassing van wet- en regelgeving - Beheren en bewaken van de personeelsdossiers - Contacten onderhouden met externe partijen zoals Arbodienst, UWV en uitzendbureaus - Coördineren van opleidingen en trainingen, alsmede het monitoren van vervaldata en inplannen van benodigde cursussen zoals code 95 - Ziekteverzuimregistratie en begeleiding bij re-integratie - Periodieke interne rapportage van HR-gerelateerde stuurinformatie Wat vragen wij? - Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Human Resource Management, Rechten of vergelijkbaar - Kennis van arbeidsrecht, sociale wetgeving en verzuimbegeleiding - Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring - Ervaring binnen de sectoren transport, logistiek, grondverzet en/of recycling is ee...
