Als medewerker HR ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen onze organisatie. Je ondersteunt collega's, teamleiders en HR-adviseurs bij allerlei personele vragen en processen. Van een indiensttreding tot een vraag over verlof, van het opstellen van een werkgeversverklaring tot het beheren van vacatures: jij zorgt dat het geregeld wordt. Een goed lopende HR kan niet zonder een goede basis die ervoor zorgt dat processen goed lopen en vragen duidelijk worden beantwoord. Juist achter de schermen maak jij iedere dag het verschil. Jouw uitdaging op z'n Best Geen dag is precies hetzelfde. Jij zorgt dat HR-processen soepel verlopen en dat collega's goed en snel worden geholpen. In een periode waarin de gemeente Best gaat fuseren met de gemeente Oirschot (per 01-01-2028) is een goed georganiseerde HR-afdeling ontzettend belangrijk. Er komt de komende periode veel op ons af en als HR-team hebben we jou nodig als stabiele baken. Jouw takenpakket is altijd in overleg met je collega's, maar bestaat onder andere uit: - Verwerken van personeelsmutaties in AFAS; - opstellen van documenten en werkgeversverklaringen; - verwerken van verlof-, declaratie- en IKB-aanvragen; - ondersteunen bij in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers. Dienstverlening en ondersteuning - Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden; - beheren van de algemene HR-mailbox; - ondersteunen van HR-adviseurs bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken; - verzorgen van HR-communicatie.
