Achter die vakantiebeleving gaan twee dingen schuil die altijd op orde moeten zijn: de mensen én de cijfers. En dat is precies waar jij in beeld komt. Als Medewerker HR & Financiële Administratie ligt het zwaartepunt van je werk bij de financiële administratie - de boekhouding, salarisverwerking en facturatie - aangevuld met HR-ondersteunende taken zoals contractbeheer, verzuim en het beantwoorden van personeelsvragen. Je werkt samen met de Finance Manager en bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor collega's. Geen corporate afdeling met dikke protocollenmappen, maar een hands-on rol in een dynamische hospitality-omgeving waar je impact meteen voelbaar is. Dit ga je doen HR: - Contracten, verzuimbegeleiding en urenregistratie bijhouden en bewaken - Collega's en managers ondersteunen bij personeelsvragen - Incidenteel nieuwe collega's begeleiden bij hun onboarding Financiële administratie: - De debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie bijhouden en op orde houden - Kas- en bankboekingen verwerken en controleren - Zorgen voor correcte en tijdige facturatie richting gasten en partners - Salarissen verwerken en de loonadministratie up-to-date houden - Signaleren waar processen strakker of efficiënter kunnen Kortom: jij bent de stille kracht achter onze cijfers - en het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor HR-vragen.
