Je ondersteunt medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij praktische HR-vragen en zorgt ervoor dat zij snel weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Met jouw zorgvuldige aanpak en door jouw expertise voelen collega's zich geholpen en houden zij tijd en aandacht over voor hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden; het maken van maatschappelijke impact. Je bent een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Je luistert goed en zoekt zaken zorgvuldig uit. en Daarnaast zorg voor een duidelijk en correct antwoord en bewaakt je de tijdige uitvoering van de administratieve HR-processen. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een goede HR-administratie en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen hierover. Je beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevende en hebt een belangrijke bijdrage in het optimaliseren van onze HR processen. Daarnaast ben je onderdeel van impactvolle projecten waarin je jouw expertise deelt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het zorgvuldig verwerken en controleren van personeelsmutaties in ons personeelsadministratiesysteem; - Het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en andere HR-correspondentie; - Het administratief begeleiden van de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers; - Het beantwoorden van praktische HR-vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden; - Het bewaken van de kwaliteit, actualiteit ...
