Dit ga je doen Als medewerker HRM verricht je werkzaamheden ter ondersteuning van ons HRM-beleid. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de medewerkers en de organisatie en medeverantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het HRM-beleid. Onze organisatie groeit en daarom zijn wij op zoek naar versterking voor ons HRM-team. Binnen het team zal een herverdeling van de vestigingen plaatsvinden. Afhankelijk van jouw woonplaats word je verantwoordelijk voor een aantal vestigingen. Denk hierbij aan vestigingen zoals Ede, Wijk bij Duurstede, Woerden, Roosendaal en Ridderkerk. Daarnaast ben je één keer per week aanwezig op onze vestiging in Emmen om de verbinding met je collega's binnen de HRM-afdeling te onderhouden. In jouw rol ben je de vraagbaak voor medewerkers en adviseer je leidinggevenden. De werkzaamheden lopen uiteen van het verwerken en beoordelen van sollicitaties tot het voeren van gesprekken en het opstellen van rapportages. Jouw kerntaken zijn onder andere: - Adviseren en ondersteunen bij de aanname en het ontslag van medewerkers - Vertalen van wet- en regelgeving naar de praktijk binnen de organisatie - Verzorgen van de introductie van nieuwe medewerkers - Namens HRM zichtbaar zijn bij diverse overlegstructuren - Adviseren over functionerings-, beoordelings- en jaargesprekken - Opstellen van rapportages over het personeelsbestand - Zorgdragen voor een correcte personeelsadministratie in de breedste zin van het woord - Up-to-date houden van vakkennis en ontwikkelingen op het geb...
