Werk je graag met mensen en vind je het belangrijk om bij te dragen aan het welzijn van bewoners? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Locatie Weidehof Weidehof is een modern woonproject midden in de gezellige wijk Heerenweide in Spanbroek. Het verpleeghuis biedt kleinschalige zorg aan ouderen met dementie. In de aanliggende appartementen wonen mensen zelfstandig met ondersteuning van het Calidus. Jouw rol Als Medewerker Huishoudelijke Verzorging begin je de ochtend met het klaarmaken van je werkkar. Daarna ga je aan de slag op jouw aangewezen afdeling binnen de locatie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het schoonmaken van gemeenschappelijke (kantoor)ruimtes, sanitair, woningen van bewoners en de huiskamers, Met jouw inzet en persoonlijke aandacht draag je bij aan een schone, prettige en vertrouwde leefomgeving voor onze bewoners. Werktijden Het gaat om 4/5 ochtenden in de week ma-vr. De werkdag begint om 8.00 uur. Wat bieden wij Salaris in FWG 15 CAO VVT (getoonde salarisrange is op basis van 36 uur); Opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden; Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantiegeld, maar ook een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%; Faciliteiten om ‘goed in je vel’ te zitten; Extra arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een fietsplan, korting op fitness en een computer/laptop/iPad regeling en het gebruik Benefits at Work; Leuke bonusregeling van € 350,- netto bij het aandragen van je nieuwe collega’s.
