Wil jij werken in Wognum waar je echt iets kunt betekenen voor onze cliënten? Als medewerker huishoudelijke verzorging werk je in een prettige omgeving, waar jouw oog voor hygiëne en zorg bijdraagt aan een schone en veilige leefomgeving. Wat ga je doen Je start de ochtend met een kop koffie of thee samen met je collega’s en bespreekt de planning van de dag. Daarna ga je aan de slag op verschillende locaties op het terrein in Wognum. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het schoonmaken van gemeenschappelijke (kantoor)ruimtes, sanitair, woningen van cliënten en dagbestedingslocaties. Omdat je werkt in de woon- en leefomgeving van onze cliënten, is het belangrijk dat je affiniteit hebt met de doelgroep gehandicaptenzorg. Je komt regelmatig in contact met cliënten en draagt met jouw aanwezigheid bij aan een prettige en vertrouwde omgeving. Op deze manier zorg je voor een schone, veilige en prettige leefomgeving voor onze cliënten. Over de locatie Je werkt op een grote en veelzijdige locatie in Wognum met verschillende specialisaties en doelgroepen. Op het terrein bevinden zich onder meer dagbestedingslocaties, behandelruimtes, begeleid wonen, logeeropvang, kantoren en ondersteunende diensten zoals techniek, IT en facilitaire voorzieningen. Door deze diversiteit is geen dag hetzelfde en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een prettige omgeving voor zowel cliënten als collega’s. Werktijden 2 tot 5 ochtenden per week kan van 6.15 uur tot 11.45 uur Wat bieden wij Werken in een fijne en betekenisvolle omgeving; Salaris in FWG 15 CAO VVT (getoonde salarisrange is op basis van 36 uur); Opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden; Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantiegeld, maar ook een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%; Faciliteiten om ‘goed in je vel’ te zitten; Extra arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een fietsplan, korting op fitness en een computer/laptop/iPad regeling en het gebruik Benefits at Work; Leuke bonusregeling van € 350,- netto bij het aandragen van je nieuwe collega’s.
