Grensarbeid zoekt voor Envida een Medewerker huishoudelijke zorg

Als medewerker huishoudelijke zorg ben jij er echt voor de cliënt. Je komt regelmatig over de vloer bij de cliënt en je helpt hem bij de huishoudelijke taken die hij zelf niet meer kan. Tijdens je werk is er voldoende ruimte om een praatje te maken of een kopje koffie te drinken met de cliënt.

Wat ga je doen?

De huishoudelijke taken die jij oppakt verschillen per cliënt. Voorbeelden van taken die jij bij cliënten gaat doen zijn: het schoonmaken van de keuken, stofzuigen, afstoffen, strijken, het schoonmaken van het toilet en de badkamer en boodschappen doen. Hierin overleg je met de cliënt wat er precies gedaan kan worden en tast je af welke behoefte er is. Vaak zijn de cliënten heel dankbaar en ga jij met een goed gevoel op pad!

Naast al deze taken heb jij een signalerende functie. Als je bijvoorbeeld merkt dat de cliënt vergeetachtig wordt of lichamelijke klachten heeft dan geef je dit door. Zo kunnen we ervoor zorgen dat de cliënt de juiste hulp en aandacht krijgt en dat de cliënt zo lang mogelijk veilig en gelukkig thuis kan wonen.

Waar ga je werken?

Envida biedt hulp en zorg voor ouderen en chronisch zieken in Maastricht en omgeving. Dat doen we bij mensen thuis, in de wijk en in onze huizen. We vinden goede zorg een recht voor iedereen. Om dat te kunnen waarmaken, draait onze zorg vooral om kwaliteit van leven. Die bereiken we door nauw samen te werken met cliënten en bewoners, hun naasten, en andere partijen in de samenleving.

  • Je werkt graag met mensen en bent betrouwbaar
