Dan is medewerker huishouding thuiszorg écht iets voor jou. Jij bent: Vriendelijk, betrouwbaar, sociaal en weet van aanpakken. Je ondersteunt onze cliënten bij de huishoudelijke taken en zorgt voor een schone en leefbare woning zodat onze cliënt zo lang mogelijk thuis kan blijven wonen. De plek waar je elke dag jezelf kunt zijn én blijven. Daar ga jij natuurlijk respectvol mee om. Wij vragen: Een gemotiveerde collega uit de regio Weert / Nederweert die graag iets voor een ander wil betekenen. Je wordt gewaardeerd door je ondersteuning in de huishouding bij de mensen (ouderen) thuis. Jij houdt van een stuk zelfstandigheid en weet hoe je prioriteiten stelt. Met een goed verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zit het dus wel snor bij jou. Je bent fit om huishoudelijke werkzaamheden uit te voeren en je uitdrukkingsvaardigheid (Nederlandse taal) is goed, nét als je sociale vaardigheden, klantgerichtheid en inlevingsvermogen. Wij bieden: - Een fijne baan waarbij je een belangrijke bijdrage hebt in een veilige en schone woonomgeving voor onze ouderen. - Een salaris conform salarisschaal FWG Hulp bij de huishouding met een uurloon, gebaseerd op je werkervaring, van min. €15,07 en max. €18,27 bruto per uur. - Daarnaast ontvang je een reistijd én reiskosten vergoeding, een eindejaarsuitkering in de maand november van 8,33% en vakantiegeld van 8% in de maand mei. - Een werkrooster en werkdagen die bij jouw privéleven passen, waardoor je een goede werk-privé balans hebt. - Voldoende verlof en de mogelijkheid om verlof te sparen / verlof te kopen voor een go...
