In deze missie heb je als Financieel Medewerker Huuradministratie een belangrijke rol. Vanuit ons Trefhuis in Sittard zorg jij er, met ruimte voor je eigen inzichten en ideeën, voor dat onze (kwetsbare) bewoners kunnen vertrouwen op een correcte huuradministratie, zodat ze niet (onnodig) in de knel komen. Daar steken we onze nek voor uit, dat verdienen onze bewoners. Want hoe je woont, bepaalt je leven. Jouw werk is dus groter dan een baan. Het zijn van Financieel Medewerker Huuradministratie gaat verder dan het verwerken van huurmutaties en huuraanpassingen en het verzorgen van een tijdige en juiste maandelijkse huurincasso. Of het pakken van je rol in de jaarlijkse verhogingen en afrekening van service- en stookkosten. Dit is niet zomaar een financiële vacature. Dit is levenswerk. Jouw ideaal Met oog voor de mensen achter alle cijfers waarmee je dagelijks als Financieel Medewerker in de weer bent, ben je je bewust van de impact die huur- en servicekosten hebben op de financiële situatie van onze bewoners. Daarom ga jij verder dan een correcte verwerking van al die cijfers alleen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de huuradministratie, signaleert afwijkingen en knelpunten in processen en neemt initiatief om problemen voor bewoners op te lossen. Daar bijt je je in vast.
