Als huurincasso medewerker bij een woningcorporatie help jij huurders om betalingsproblemen op te lossen en werk je mee aan duurzame oplossingen. Je combineert financieel inzicht met persoonlijke aandacht en zorgt ervoor dat huurders zich gehoord en geholpen voelen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het bewaken en opvolgen van openstaande huurvorderingen. - Voeren van gesprekken met huurders over betalingsachterstanden. - Maken en monitoren van betalingsregelingen. - Signaleren van achterliggende problematiek en samenwerken met woonconsulenten, gemeenten en hulpverlenende instanties. - Zorgvuldig vastleggen van contactmomenten en afspraken in dossiers. Functie-eisen Dit ben jij - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in een financiële, juridische of sociaal-maatschappelijke richting. - Ervaring binnen huurincasso, debiteurenbeheer, klantenservice, schuldhulpverlening of woningcorporaties. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om lastige gesprekken op een professionele manier te voeren. - Een nauwkeurige werkwijze en ervaring met administratieve processen en dossierbeheer. - Een oplossingsgerichte houding en gevoel voor maatschappelijke vraagstukken.
