Wat ga je doen? Wil jij klanten begeleiden bij één van de belangrijkste financiële beslissingen in hun leven? Als Medewerker Hypotheken bij ABN AMRO in Amsterdam speel jij een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van klanten bij vragen over hun lopende hypotheek. In deze functie behandel je uiteenlopende verzoeken: van vragen over rente en extra aflossen tot complexe situaties zoals relatiebeëindiging of overlijden. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten duidelijke informatie krijgen en weet financiële materie begrijpelijk uit te leggen. Je start met het behandelen van binnenkomende klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, breid je jouw verantwoordelijkheden uit en neem je zelfstandig hypotheekdossiers in beheer. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en schakelt waar nodig met interne specialisten om tot een passende oplossing te komen. Zo draag je bij aan een zorgvuldige en klantgerichte dienstverlening. Let op:Je bent in het bezit van je Wft Basis, of bereid deze vóór de startdatum kosteloos via YoungCapital te behalen. Daarnaast ben je bereid om uiteindelijk ook je Wft Hypothecair Krediet te behalen. Wat breng jij mee? Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en kunt goed omgaan met cijfers en risico's. Je communiceert helder en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met klantcontact en weet je hoe je een gesprek gestructureerd voert. Opleiding & Ontwikkeling Je start op 2 november met een interne opleiding van vier weken, waarin je wordt meegenomen in de systemen, processen en hypotheekproducten.
