Janssen - Geudens is een ambitieus en authentiek familiebedrijf in het hart van de Kempen. Met JG Foodservice leveren we een uitgebreid assortiment van ambachtelijke vleesspecialiteiten aan horeca, festivals en supermarkten. Daarnaast vind je JG Kipspecialiteiten al meer dan 45 jaar terug met onze kippenkramen op lokale markten.

Sinds onze verhuis naar ons gloednieuwe atelier in Tielen zijn we in volle groei. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een extra collega om ons vaste weekteam te versterken.

Deze flexijob is ideaal voor mensen die graag met hun handen werken, en dat achter de schermen in een vast team van zo'n 8 collega's. Wij werken voornamelijk met vaste planningen, waardoor je ondanks het flexi-statuut toch van werkzekerheid kunt genieten. Dit is zeldzaam in onze sector.

We werken met hechte teams en streven naar samenwerkingen op lange termijn. Ons team bestaat uit collega’s van verschillende leeftijden en achtergronden. Qua startuur kijken we standaard liefst richting 7:00 of 8:00.

De hoeveelheid dagen en welke uren die je komt werken, bepalen we in onderling overleg. Op dit moment is er in de dagploeg eventueel nog plaats voor een vaste maandag, dinsdag en/of woensdag, maar andere dagen kunnen zeker ook bekeken worden. Flexibiliteit om in te springen waar nodig op andere dagen, uiteraard wanneer haalbaar voor jou, is voor deze vacature wel belangrijk.

Het takenpakket varieert van dag tot dag. Jouw takenpakket kan onder andere bevatten:

  • Het kruiden van kippen, billen en ribben
  • Bereiden en afwerken van diverse specialiteiten (bv: gehaktproducten, vol-au-vent, gemarineerde ribben, ...)
  • Afwas en het reinigen van ons atelier
  • Ondersteunende atelierwerkzaamheden, algemene voorbereiding
  • Het verpakken, labelen en etiketteren van producten

Door de grote interesse in onze flexi-vacatures en het beperkte aantal plaatsen, selecteren wij zorgvuldig op motivatie, collegialiteit en werkethiek.

We zoeken altijd rechtstreeks naar onze collega’s. Wij wensen daarom nooit samenwerkingen met interim- of selectiekantoren.

  • Ervaring met handenarbeid is voor ons een enorm pluspunt. Ons team is gedreven en bestaat uit collega's die graag de handen uit de mouwen steken.
  • Idealiter heb je reeds ervaring in de voeding / HACCP. Dit is echter geen vereiste, maar wel een sterk pluspunt.
  • Je krijgt intern een uitgebreide opleiding van ons team.
  • Een basiskennis van het Nederlands is handig om vlot met jouw collega’s te communiceren, aangezien Nederlands de voertaal is in ons atelier.
