Wie zijn wij?Golden Tulip Hotel Central is een full-service vier sterren superior hotel met 125 kamers een prachtig Penthouse, Brasserie Cé en 12 vergaderzalen. We zitten midden in het centrum van ‘s-Hertogenbosch met uitzicht over de markt en zijn makkelijk bereikbaar met fiets en OV.Ons DNA; Samen zorgeloos genieten! Samen met je collega's en samen met jouw gasten. Lachen mag, plezier en humor zijn het allerbelangrijkste. Gasten, collega's; iedereen verbinden. Onze wereld mooier maken nu en voor later. ‘s-Hertogenbosch ontdekken, ondernemen, groeien, inspireren en creëren.Als medewerker hospitality verzorg je gasten met name in Brasserie Cé, maar ook tijdens vergaderingen, diners of feesten. Je adviseert over wijn en spijs, je zorgt ervoor dat gasten een super ervaring hebben. Houdt het overzicht in de je wijk en steekt je handen uit de mouwen. Waar je ook ingeroosterd wordt, je probeert altijd de verwachtingen van je gasten te overtreffen en bent daarin enthousiast en positief! Daarnaast vind je het leuk om processen te blijven verbeteren en samen met het team dé plek aan de markt te zijn.Dit ga je doen • Het ontvangen van gasten; • Opnemen en uitserveren van gerechten en dranken; • Beheer van eigen kassa; • Mise en place activiteiten uitvoeren op dagelijkse basis; • Gidsrol voor onze gasten; • Overzicht houden in jouw wijk;

Functie-eisen: Wie ben jij?Dé gastvrijheid specialist! Je begrijpt dat ervaring in de bediening en een opleiding in de horeca hierbij onmisbaar is. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, en liefst ook Duits en/of Frans. Met jouw passie voor gastvrijheid geniet je van de wisselende werktijden en –dagen, ook als dat op feestdagen is. Je bent enthousiast en je vind het leuk om samen met het team te zorgen voor een goed draaiende Brasserie.Daarnaast beschik je over onderstaande kwaliteiten: • Je houdt van gasten en bent goed georganiseerd; • Je hebt al een aantal jaren ervaring in de horeca; • Je bent en gastheer/-vrouw in hart en ni
