Dit ga je doen Iedere huurachterstand heeft een verhaal. Als medewerker Incasso bij Havensteder kijk jij verder dan de cijfers alleen. Je helpt huurders om betalingsproblemen op te lossen, voorkomt waar mogelijk verdere schulden en zorgt tegelijkertijd voor een gezonde huurincasso. Je voert gesprekken met huurders, maakt betalingsafspraken en schakelt met collega's, hulpverleners en externe partners. Soms ligt de oplossing in een betalingsregeling, soms is er meer nodig. Jij weet wanneer je moet meedenken, wanneer je moet doorpakken en hoe je de juiste partijen bij elkaar brengt. In deze functie combineer je financiële kennis met mensgericht handelen. Daarmee maak je iedere dag het verschil voor huurders én voor Havensteder. Wij zijn op zoek naar 2 nieuwe collega's: 1 medewerker voor 24 uur per week en 1 medewerker voor 32 uur per week. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - Huurachterstanden beheert en actief opvolgt; - Telefonisch, schriftelijk en persoonlijk contact hebt met huurders over betalingsachterstanden; - Betalingsregelingen treft en de naleving hiervan bewaakt; - Signalen van bredere problematiek herkent en passende hulpverlening inschakelt; - Samenwerkt met wijkteams, schuldhulpverlening, deurwaarders en incassobureaus; - Regie voert op dossiers en de voortgang van externe partners bewaakt; - Bijdraagt aan het verbeteren van processen en werkwijzen binnen incasso; - Zorgt voor een correcte vastlegging van afspraken en dossieropbouw.
