Medewerker Industriële Schoonmaak (30-38 uur per week) Veiligheid, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid Wil jij bijdragen aan een schone, veilige en voedselveilige productieomgeving binnen één van de grootste industriële bakkerijen van Nederland? Ben je niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken en werk je graag in een omgeving waar hygiëne en kwaliteit centraal staan? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

De rol: Onmisbaar voor kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid Als Medewerker Industriële Schoonmaak bij Bakkerij Braas ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reinigen van productielijnen, machines, werkvloeren en productieomgevingen. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen onze collega's iedere dag veilig en hygiënisch werken en voldoen onze producten aan de hoogste kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidseisen.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Productie, Inpak, Technische Dienst en KAM en levert een directe bijdrage aan kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en bedrijfscontinuïteit.

Wat ga je doen?

- Reinigen van productielijnen, machines en installaties volgens vastgestelde reinigingsprocedures.

- Reinigen van vloeren, bordessen, transportbanen, werkplekken en productieomgevingen.

- Demonteren en reinigen van machineonderdelen waar nodig.

- Werken met professionele reinigingsmiddelen en schoonmaakapparatuur.

- Signaleren van vervuilingen, beschadigingen en afwijkingen.

- Registreren van uitgevoerde schoonmaakwerkzaamheden volgens de geldende procedures.

- Werken volgens HACCP-, IFS-, kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en bedrijfsvoorschriften.

- Correct omgaan met reinigingsmiddelen, persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen en gereedschappen.

- Bijdragen aan een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkomgeving.

- Samenwerken met collega's van Productie, Inpak, Technische Dienst en KAM.
