The posting

Voor de opmaak en opvolging van onze renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten is Scholengroep 5 op zoek naar een Industrieel Ingenieur. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische coördinatie en opvolging van alle gebouwtechnieken van al onze scholen.

Scholengroep 5 is met bijna 14.000 leerlingen, 10000 cursisten volwassenenonderwijs en 39 instellingen een van de grootste scholengroepen van het land. De groep verenigt de scholen van het GO! onderwijs van de Vlaamse gemeenschap in de regio Mechelen, Keerbergen en Heist-op-den-Berg. Scholengroep 5 hanteert het Pedagogisch Project van het GO! als uitgangspunt en zet sterk in op de ontwikkeling van de lerenden tot gekwalificeerde, zelfstandige, positief kritische, creatieve en ondernemende persoonlijkheden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Opmaken, opvolgen en coördineren van infrastructuurprojecten, voornamelijk technische dossiers onder andere: elektrische installaties, HVAC-installaties, brandalarmsystemen, gebouwbeheersystemen, liften, zonnepanelen, …

Beoordelen van technische dossiers, uitvoeringsplannen en lastenboeken.

Organiseren en leiden van werfvergaderingen met betrekking tot de technieken.

Opvolgen van planning, kwaliteit en budget.

Je werkt nauw samen met studiebureaus, aannemers en directies van de scholen. Je bent het technisch aanspreekpunt.

Controleren van de uitgevoerde werken en begeleiden van testen, indienststellingen en opleveringen.

Begeleiden van directies bij technische problemen en uitwerken van praktische oplossingen.

Waken over de naleving van de geldende normen, regelgeving en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Adviseren over technische keuzes en duurzame oplossingen.

Ondersteunen van de scholen bij het opmaken van jaaractieplannen, milieuvergunningen, jaarverslagen, …

Opmaken en opvolgen van raam- en onderhoudscontracten (technische keuringen, elektriciteitswerken, onderhoud van brandblussers, onderhoud HVAC, …)

Opvolgen en verbeteren van de energieprestaties van de gebouwen in kader van de EPC wetgeving

Organiseren van BA4/BA5 opleidingen voor personeel van scholen die aan of in de buurt van elektrische installaties werken.

Een masterdiploma industrieel ingenieur (bij voorkeur elektriciteit/HVAC) of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.

Een sterk technisch en bouwkundig inzicht.

Organisatietalent en een gestructureerde manier van werken.

Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

Een rijbewijs B en eigen wagen.

Ervaring met overheidsopdrachten of schoolinfrastructuur is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.

Bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden, model 2.
