MHZ Per direct zoeken wij een medewerker inkoop, administratie & procesoptimalisatie (m/v) voor 32-40 uur per week. In deze functie ligt de nadruk op inkoop: je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers, vergelijkt offertes en maakt commerciële afspraken over onder andere prijzen, voorwaarden en levertijden. Administratie en procesoptimalisatie zijn belangrijke onderdelen van je werk. Je verwerkt en controleert inkoopgegevens in ons Isah ERP-pakket, signaleert afwijkingen en helpt processen slimmer, efficiënter en kostenbewuster in te richten. Je werkt nauw samen met het financiële team, de werkvoorbereiding en de expeditie en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie. Salaris en voorwaarden - €3.000 - €4.000 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur en ervaring); - Functie voor de lange termijn voor 32 - 40 uur per week; - Kantoorwerk van 07:30 tot 16:30 uur; - 25 vakantiedagen en de mogelijkheid om te kiezen voor 13 ATV-dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband; - Vakantiegeld en een pensioenregeling volgens de CAO Metaalbewerkingsbedrijf; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Opleidingsmogelijkheden in overleg. Wat je kunt verwachten - Een veelzijdige functie binnen een internationaal opererende machinefabriek; - Moderne werkplek met ergonomisch zit-sta bureau; - Ruimte om jezelf verder te ontplooien, o.a. op het gebied van procesoptimalisatie; - Een klein en gezellig team met Twentse nuchterheid en de nodige humor; - Vrijdagmiddagborrel en leuke teamuitjes. Wat breng je mee? - Minimaal een afgeronde commerciële opleiding op MBO-niveau; - Boekhoudkundige kennis en relevante werkervaring; - Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-systeem; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift; - Goed cijfermatig inzicht: je kan data interpreteren, soepel rekenen en snel afwijkingen herkennen; - Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde aanpak; - Een kritische en proactieve houding; - Gevoel voor kosten en efficiency; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden: je comm...
